Thanks to AI and Gemini, I’ve made good progress in using AI to generate/translate Sanskrit Shlokas & books.
Some of the translations is uploaded to books.purnank.in/shlokas/ as web pages. And e-books are available on Kindle Store
Here are a few key things I’ve learned so far:
- Giving a clear and well-structured prompt is very important. It helps get clean and usable output.
- The AI Tools have quite nice APIs to run work flow in a batch. Sometimes the Sanskrit / Native transliteration includes errors or mixes with other scripts, so some manual cleanup / check is needed.
- Some Image generation AI tools are smart enough to know who Arjuna / Krishna is and creates good cover. And few other Image generation tools show only Roman Warriors.
- With the right setup, AI can save a lot of time and effort in generating large amounts of Quality content.
I am excited to keep exploring more and improving the process!
As of now, I am able to generate in Hindi, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu as well as English.
Would you like to have PDF of these books or any other sanskrit shloka/poem? Feel free to get in touch.
It’s quite a learning, and a great sense of accomplishment. As well as it builds a good sense of confidence on current evolution of AI. Good things have already arrived and Great things would come soon.
